Flats at Kramer Place Design Development + Model Units

I was hired by a developer out of Chicago to redesign the interiors for a complete renovation of this building. The new goal was to create elevated condo units and interior spaces for this building that was previously a rental complex. The buyers would be young professionals looking in this popular and very walkable neighborhood just north of downtown Columbus, Ohio.

We started in 2018 designing all interior layouts and finish packages, material selections and specifications, and furnished the model units and public spaces. By rebranding this building into a youthful, modern place to call home with an identity unique within the community we were able to set this project apart from other offerings. The building is now almost sold out!
